Online Registration is open for classes Nursery to IX & Class-XI for the session 2024-25

PARENTS TO KINDLY NOTE THE FOLLOWING :

  1. Admission is strictly on the basis of merit.
  2. Only shortlisted students will be called for the interaction/admission test.
  3. No. of admissions taken are based on the availability of seats.
  4. Registration/Shortlisting of your ward does not mean the confirmation of admission to the school.

AGE CRITERIA, AS ON 31ST MARCH 2024 (AS PER NATIONAL EDUCATION POLICY-2020) :

Nursery Between 03 Years to 04 Years
L.K.G Between 04 Years to 05 Years
U.K.G Between 05 Years to 06 Years

Guidelines for online registration :

  1. For online registration, the form has to be filled online by clicking the admission link on the school website i.e. https://sanskarschoolgnw.com
  2. Filling in all the fields in the admission form is mandatory.
  3. Parents are required to upload the following documents before submitting the form:
    • Birth Certificate(original) from Registrar of Birth & Death. Please note for students seeking admission for classes Pre-Nur to I the original birth certificate will have to be deposited in the school
    • Transfer Certificate (original) (Students seeking admission in class II to IX & XI have to submit the TC at the time of admission. In special cases, the TC can be submitted within a month of confirmed admission).
    • Parents will be required to submit report card of the previous classes
    • Passport-size photographs (one each) of the child, father & mother with white/red background. Selfies and casual photographs will not be accepted.
    • Proof of current residential address (either Passport/Rent agreement/Electricity bill/Landline phone bill/ Lease agreement/Voter ID or Ration Card/Aadhaar Card).
    • Aadhaar Card of the Student/ Father/ Mother.
  4. Please check each and every entry of the form before the final submission.
  5. An incomplete registration form will be automatically rejected.
  6. One time registration fee of Rs. 200/- will be charged at the time of submission of the online form. Registration fees is non-refundable .
  7. Once the Registration form is submitted a popup showing Registration Form No.(for e.g.026-24/25)will be displayed.
  8. A unique Registration No.(application id) will be generated and an SMS will be sent on registered Mobile Number after the submission of the registration form.
  9. Parents will be informed through SMS regarding the date and time of the visit to the school for the Interaction/Admission test & verification of original documents.
  10. The syllabus for the test can be viewed online after duly filling the online registration form.
  11. Parents along with the ward(s) are required to carry the hardcopy of the registration form with a copy of all the documents and visit the school reception on the date and time given for the Interaction/Admission test.
  12. A message confirming the admission will be sent on parent ’s registered email and contact number .
  13. Parents will have to complete the admission formalities of their ward(s) as per the mentioned date and time on the school portal. The date and time will be conveyed through SMS also. Parents will have to visit the school along with the demand draft and documents mentioned in the admission confirmation letter.
